Brandon Bay sweeps in a vast twelve-kilometre arc of golden sand beneath Mount Brandon, one of the best stretches of surf on the west coast. Consistent Atlantic swell and steady wind make it a mecca for surfers, kite-surfers and windsurfers of every level, with schools and hire on the doorstep. Even on a still day it’s a glorious place to walk or swim.
