A three bedroom house on a quiet estate on the edge of Fenit, ten minutes on foot from the village and about fifteen from the beach. Three doubles upstairs, bunks for children, three bathrooms, a garden with apple trees and parking at the door.

The Lighthouse is a three bedroom house on a quiet estate at the Tralee end of Fenit, a fishing village on Tralee Bay. All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with a double bed. The main one has its own shower room, the other two share a bathroom with a bath, and one of them also has bunk beds, so the house sleeps eight with two children in the bunks. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, a snug with doors to the garden, a kitchen with a big table and its own door outside, and a shower room, which matters after the beach. A utility room has a washing machine and a dryer, and the heating is oil fired with thermostats on both floors. Outside there are apple trees, a low table for morning coffee and a wooden table for dinner, with parking at the door for one car and room for a second alongside.

Fenit village, with its pubs, shop and harbour, is about ten minutes on foot, and the beach with the cafe and playground about fifteen. The Tankard on the shore of the bay is five minutes by car, the Oyster Tavern at The Spa sits on the road to Tralee, and the West End Bar in the village has music on Sunday afternoons in summer. Tralee is about eighteen minutes by car for supermarkets, the Aqua Dome and the town park, Kerry Airport about thirty five minutes, and Dingle about an hour. The house suits families and small groups looking for a self catering holiday home near Tralee with the sea close by. One small non shedding dog is welcome by arrangement.
