Loch Cruite Cottage is a self catering holiday home in Cloghane, a 240 year old farmhouse on a working family sheep farm at the base of Mount Brandon, with Brandon Bay in the distance. The cottage is let whole and sleeps six.

Three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, share one bathroom. The kitchen, sitting and dining space is open plan around a turf and wood-burning stove, and there is a washer and dryer. Fast Wi-Fi throughout, and bed linen and towels are provided.

Free parking at the cottage. Pets on request, just ask before booking. There are security cameras outside the property.

Cloghane village is about 2.5 km away, seven minutes by car: O'Connor's Bar and the community shop. Fermoyle Beach, the long western end of Brandon Bay, and the strand at Cappagh are about eleven minutes by car. Tralee is about forty five minutes, and Dingle town lies over the Conor Pass.

We had a lovely stay at Lock Cruite, the cottage is really cute and the fact that it’s near a farm makes it even more friendly. My daughter was able to play with the shepherd’s dog. The Conor pass is just 10 min away. We were able to visit Dingle, Brandon Pier and the Slea Drive. I would really recommend this place

We had a great time in the cottage. A super location for hiking and water activities in Castlegregory. We also enjoyed the feel of the old farm house, chatting to the farmer and the sheep dog.

We had a great stay. Location was good to visit Dingle and orher places. The house was cozy and wr even used the hearth! When we had some remarks, Paddy was super Quick to swing by and fix them.

So lovely to be in an old farmhouse in rural Ireland. The kids loved playing with the sheepdogs and petting the sheep. We also hiked up to a gorgeous lake behind the house. So peaceful yet great restaurants nearby and Dingle 20 minutes away.
