Inch Beach is a magnificent five-kilometre sand spit reaching into Dingle Bay, backed by dunes and framed by the Slieve Mish mountains. The sand is firm and flat, good for walking and for beginner surf lessons, and Sammy’s beachside café is a local institution for post-swim chips. It featured famously in the film “Ryan’s Daughter”.
