Town & square · 2 min from our homes · Best for a slow morning · 2 min from 59 William Street
The heart of Ireland’s literary capital: cafes, pubs and festivals.

Listowel’s square is the living room of North Kerry’s market town: georgian terraces, the castle ruin behind, and a ring of cafes, bookshops and famous pubs including John B. Keane’s. Writers’ Week fills the square each summer, the races bring the whole county in September, and on an ordinary morning it is simply a fine place for coffee and people-watching. 59 William Street is a two-minute stroll away.
