Tralee is Kerry’s county town and the practical heart of the region: the Aqua Dome waterpark for rainy days, the Rose Garden and Tralee Bay Wetlands for gentle ones, a proper town park, cinemas and every shop you might need. The Rose of Tralee festival takes over each August. It sits between our Listowel and peninsula homes, so it makes an easy half-day from either side.
