Our cosy cottage is perfect for people that want to escape the bright lights and immerse themselves in nature. Nestled in the hills we are surrounded by sheep and cows. We have a view up the valley to Glenteenassig Woods to the West and to the East we look out to see and to The Maharees. We are 5 mins drive to the closest shop, 10mins to Castlegregory village, 30mins to Tralee, 30 mins to Dingle & 40mins to Kerry airport.
The house has a lived-in and relaxed feel, if you are after shiny new bathrooms and a kitchen full of gadgets then this is probably not the place for you as it does have a few quirks! What we offer with love are: comfy beds, piping hot water and a house that has seen a lot of life and laughter.
Accommodation :
With 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms you can squeeze a good few in, however the living room and kitchen/dining room aren’t enormous and we find the house works best for either 3 x couples or 2 x families.
Local area :
There is so much to explore on the Dingle peninsula; beaches, mountains, lakes, pubs, music, food markets, boat trips, surfing, windsurfing, swimming, crabbing, horse riding, hiking, biking, painting, poetry making.. there is something for everyone.
