Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking a property through Wild Atlantic Aways.
By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with Irish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
The person making the booking must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring all guest information is accurate.
2. Payment & Cancellations
Payment terms and cancellation policies vary per property and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
A deposit or full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
Refunds (where applicable) and security deposits will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property and adhere to house rules provided upon check-in.
Damages caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the guest.
The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all guests on the booking.
4. Data Collection & GDPR Compliance
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
What we collect:
Name, contact details, booking details, payment information
IP address and browsing behaviour via cookies (see our Privacy Policy)

To process bookings and communicate with you
