Wild Atlantic Aways grew from humble beginnings with our original company, Pixie Property Management, which focused on property cleaning and care. Over time, as our team became more involved in helping homeowners with their short-term rentals, we realised the potential to offer a more comprehensive service for both guests and property owners. Today, we proudly manage over 25 holiday homes across the West Kerry region, ensuring that each home is meticulously maintained and every guest receives a warm welcome.

Hi, I’m Zhaia! I oversee all property proposals for our property management and cleaning services, while also staying hands-on with every detail. With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development, I bring a deep passion and commitment to providing a top-tier service.
Family is my driving force, and after relocating to Kerry with my two sons in 2017, I sought a career that balanced my expertise with flexibility. This led to the creation of Pixie Property Management, a service that combines my industry knowledge with my passion for a job well done.

With a background of over 20 years in management within the food industry, I bring extensive experience in operations, health & safety, and staff training. Having managed a team of 50+ in a high-pressure environment, I’m skilled at staying organised and calm, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision.
My goal is simple: to bring positivity and quality to everything I do, whether in work or life. You’ll often find me with a smile, committed to making each client’s experience exceptional. Working with the dedicated and caring “Pixies” team is a joy, and together, we create a level of service that feels truly special.
When I’m not working, I’m a busy mum of two, and I enjoy art, crafts, journaling, and, most recently, knitting. Wild Atlantic Aways has given me the opportunity to connect with remarkable clients and work in some of Kerry’s most beautiful locations—a career change I’ll never look back on.
